Lastly, the Java Suite offers a Javanese Dutch colonial experience. The focal point are three antique, Javanese, intricately painted, palace panels. The interiors exude all things provincial with a lush, canopied bed, dark woods and many objects d’art including Javanese puppets, a carved traditional bench and age-old textiles. It has an oversized bathroom adorned with antiquities and a spacious outdoor shower. Java Suite is adjacent to the Great Room and is our only non free-standing room.
