• 50% of the full booking amount including tax and service for cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival.
  • 100% of the full booking amount including tax and service for cancellation 14 days prior to arrival.
  • If you fail to show up for any reason, no refund is given.
  • The reservation will also be subsequently cancelled after midnight or your due arrival date. Cancellations or reservation amendments after check in will not be accepted for any reason.
  • Early departure will be subject to full room reservation charge.
  • No reduction or refund will be given once you have checked-in.
  • We strongly advise all guests have adequate travel insurance in place to cover unforeseen cancellation circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for mother nature, flight cancellations or unexpected travel issues.
  • The hotel is entitled to effect extraordinary cancellation of the contract for a materially justifiable cause; e.g. force majeure, world crisis or other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible, therefore unable to fulfill the contract. The hotel will have justified cause that use of the hotel’s services might jeopardize the smooth operation of the hotel, its’ security or public reputation, without being attributable to the hotel’s sphere of control or organization. In addition, if the customer facilitates cancellation due to the same circumstance, the customer has no right to compensation either from justified cancellation by the hotel or by self. The hotel will offer credit for a period of no less than one year and do its’ best to accommodate the guest during the preferred time period. We highly recommended to purchase travel insurance in the event of said emergency.


Once again, it is recommended that all guests obtain travel insurance prior to your arrival in Bali.
